How Waxing Eyebrows Differs From Tweezing Eyebrows

Do you know which is a smoother move…waxing your eyebrows or tweezing your eyebrows? It’s waxing for sure!

Waxing is one of the oldest and most effective ways to semi-permanently remove hair. A paper or cloth strip is pressed on top of a layer of wax and then quickly stripped off in the opposite direction of hair growth. It is preferred over tweezing because, for one reason, it can remove large amounts of hair all at once. Waxing also pulls out hair follicles so it lasts longer than tweezing – two to up to four weeks. And with waxing, hair regrowth is thinner and becomes softer as time progresses. Nice!

As you can imagine, tweezing hairs one-by-one takes more time and can become excruciating. So, if you would like to extend the hair removal process and feel more pain while you’re at it, by all means count yourself in! Plus, hair regrowth can be darker and thicker after tweezing…ewe! That, I am guessing, is totally not the look you were striving to achieve.

Waxing removes ALL hair. While thinner hairs are difficult to grasp with tweezers. Additionally, you can get a full body wax, but a full body tweeze? Oh, heavens no!
