Ever wonder if that old idea that cutting hair makes it grow faster and come in thicker is true? It’s not. Although they don’t increase the rate of your hair growth or actually make your hair thicker, regular trims will keep your hair healthier, creating the appearance of thicker, fuller locks.
How about that scary warning that you should never pull out a gray hair because two more will grow in its place? Yikes, but don’t worry. That is also not true and literally not possible because all hair follicles are completely independent of one another. Whew!
